Playground regulations

Out indoor playground conforms to the updated European Norms EN1176-1/8. It is certified by the German Certification Organization and occupies highly professional personnel with special education and training.

Safety is of major importantce and the very delicate nature of visitors "children" permits no tolerance in anything that is not safe for them. We kindly request you to respect the rules of this "planet" for the sake of your children.

Smoking is strictly forbidden

in the playground room, where the children play. There are two coffee bars, one on the ground floor, where smoking is allowed, and one on the first floor, near the children activities, where smoking is prohibited. Smoking is also not allowed in the toilets, the corridors and anywhere else besides the ground floor

No necklaces

on the children. As abobe, neck chains could affect the safety of your children in conditions of intense activity

Do not wear shoes on the soft floor

Special cases for storage are provided for children's shoes. Please make sure that you take the right shoes upon leaving

No food in the playground

Children should not take any food in the playground. Bits of food can affect the hygiene of the playroom. Special tables and chairs, suitable for childrens's use are provided

Children with diapers

Are not allowed to enter the playground area without their diapers. We have to protect the hygiene of the place

Children should be dressed lightly

It is recommended to have some extra clothes to change in case they sweat too much

No sharp items

on the children. Intense activity in the playground can result in accidents if the children carry with sharp items (pencils, nail clippers, scissors, knives, etc.)

Children with known viruses,

flu or any contagious disease should be kept away from the playground for some days until they recover

Avoid entering the children's area

Parents are kindly requested to avoid entering the children's area, our staff takes very good care of the children

Parents should not leave

the playground's base without their children, unless they inform the personnel and follow the relevant procedure

Do not take balls from the ball pool

Balls from the ball pool should not be taken as souvenirs. You can have them at very low prices
